  • integration of well-being into work, namely ensuring a balance between professional and personal life of a civil servant;
  • formation of a system of values and attitudes of a civil servant in the conditions of changes;
  • providing opportunities for the development of a professional active personality, capable of self-education, creative use of the latest knowledge;
  • combining the capabilities of technology and people to ensure their effective complementarity, empowerment and effective results;
  • cybersecurity, cyber hygiene ensuring and the ability of effective implementation of the e-services for citizens.
